Answer 1 : Please check if you use the original cable, and check your charger. It can't use PD fast charging. Only regular chargers can be used for this product.

The Charging input is 5V 2.5A Max 3A. Please don't use fast charging to charge this light. Fast charging is incompatible for this light. And there is no response when using fast charging.

Question 2: What should I do if I can't charge the battery?

Answer 2: This light can't support fast charging. It cannot use PD fast charging or PD cable for this light. The original Type-C charging cable is required, with regular chargers.
